Naomi: Previous Pop-up

A joint event from Naomi and Eatfreakz, this three course ramen pop-up features the pistachio clam shio ramen. The pistachio clam shio ramen consists of: 

- A light-bodied combination of clam broth, chicken stock, and a dashi of applewood smoked fish
- Homemade noodles with organic California Miwok durum
- Rosemary pork neck chashu
- Porcini and garlic infused duck fat
- Toppings such as ajitsuke tamago, basil, and pistachios

Noodles hand crafted and Rose Petal Sea Buckthorn Kombucha by Dario.

The first course is raw salted sole with almond koji puree, tarragon, lemon thyme, and edamame. The dessert is a surprise mont blanc. Sorry -- we cannot accommodate shellfish, meat (pork, chicken, duck), alcohol (mirin, white wine) or nut (pistachio, almond, chestnut) aversions!
